PRE ORDER POLICY
Pre-orders are orders for items that are not in stock currently but that are expected to be available for purchase at a later date. The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your styles without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it in the NEW & NOW Section.
The estimated arrival date for the item will be displayed on the product page. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out to you as soon as the shipment reaches our warehouse. You will need to check out as normal but you will not be billed for the item until it ships. Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email that contains both in stock and pre-order items. When the item is available, we will charge and ship.
If your order contains a mix of pre-order and in stock items, we will ship the in stock orders first and then the pre-order styles as ready.
Please kindly note that the pre-order available date is a close estimate but not a guarantee and delays may occur beyond our control. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders but due to the increased precautionary measures surrounding COVID-19, this pandemic has disrupted our supply chains and manufacturing schedules.
